Our Products and Services may be offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). The terms “Plan”, or “Membership” may be used interchangeably with “Subscription” in these Subscription Terms or in the Company’s commercial or marketing materials.
We offer different types of Subscriptions to our Products and Services. Each Subscription type provides a certain level of access and functionalities as a certain volume of available Products and Services. Purchasing a Subscription of one type does not grant you access to the features of other Subscription types. For example, a user purchasing a Premium Subscription will not have access to Vet Chat and/or Dog Trainer Chat, and a Vet Chat Subscription does not gain access to the features of a Dog Trainer Chat Subscription or Premium Subscription, unless otherwise defined by the Company.

Depending on a Product or Service we may offer you a 1-week, 2-weeks, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 1-year Subscriptions or another time-based Subscription as presented in any subscription offer you may see in the Application or on our Website.
Promotional prices. We may offer promotional or discounted prices. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the subscription offer, a promotional price applies only to the initial subscription period. Any renewal will be charged at the standard non-promotional rate and may have a different term.
Subscription fee may not include applicable local taxes (such as VAT, sales tax or similar taxes), which, if applicable, will be communicated to you on the payment screen before you pay for your Subscription. The user agrees to pay all applicable taxes.
Unless you cancel your Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will automatically renew.
In most cases, your Subscription will renew for the same duration as the original purchase, based on the applicable standard rate at the time of renewal.
However, your initial Subscription may automatically renew for a longer-term or shorter-term Subscription if this is clearly stated in the original subscription offer. Any such renewal terms, including duration and pricing, will be disclosed to you before your initial purchase.
You will be charged no more than 24 hours before the end of your current paid Subscription period.
If a renewal payment fails (for example, due to an expired payment method, insufficient funds, or a temporary technical issue), we may retry the charge within a reasonable period. Your Subscription may remain active during this time, and any unpaid renewal periods may continue to accrue. We may continue attempting to charge the outstanding amounts for as long as the Subscription remains active and not canceled. Once a valid payment method is restored or updated, we may charge you either (i) for each missed Subscription period separately, or (ii) a single cumulative amount covering all unpaid renewal periods.
You will not receive separate notifications of each retry attempt. By keeping your Subscription active and not canceling it in accordance with the cancellation terms provided herein, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for any accrued renewal charges, even if you do not actively use the Services during that time. This is without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Canceling your Subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.
If you purchase Subscription via the Application downloaded from AppStore/ Google Play, the payment will be charged to your credit/debit card through your iTunes Account or Google Play after you choose one of our subscriptions and confirm your purchase. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off, until canceled in the Manage Subscriptions section of your account settings. Subscription cancellation terms are described below.
If you purchase Subscription via Website (by using any web link associated with the domain https://everydoggy.com) the payment will be charged to your credit/debit card or payment account through the third-party payment processing service providers such as Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Primer, or others. Please note that your financial or banking data will be processed by these providers, and we will not have access to it.
By purchasing Subscription via Website you fully agree and authorize our payment processing service provider to store your name, surname, card expiry date and PAN number and to initiate transactions on your behalf and/or to process transactions initiated by you, including but not limited to, Subscription fee and Subscription renewal fees.
IMPORTANT: DELETING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS
Canceling your Subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.
To avoid being charged, cancel your Subscription at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current period.
Please pay attention that the way to cancel your Subscription depends on the subscription purchase method and is detailed below:
How to cancel:
if purchased your Subscription via Website:
You can cancel your Subscription in your Account, the link to which can be found in the App settings and in the email sent to the email address provided when you paid for the Subscription.
If purchased your Subscription via App:
If you have an iOS device, you need to:
1) Open the Settings app;
2) Tap your name;
3) Tap Subscriptions;
4) Scroll to our app, click on it;
5) Tap the red button 'Cancel Subscription'.
If you have an Android device, you need to:
1) Go to your subscriptions in Google Play;
2) Select the subscription you want to cancel;
3) Tap Cancel subscription;
4) Follow the instructions.

What happens after you cancel:
When you cancel a Subscription you’ll still be able to use your Subscription for the time you’ve already paid.
For example, if you buy a one-year Subscription on January 1 for $59.99 and decide to cancel your Subscription on July 1:
You’ll have access to the Subscription until December 31.
You won’t be charged another yearly Subscription of $59.99 the following January 1.
Subscription fees or one-time fees you have paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or as required by applicable law.
If you purchased Subscription or other Services for a one-time fee through your iTunes Account or Google Play to request a refund, please refer to the Apple and Google policies and instructions.
Taxes paid (such as VAT or sales tax) are not refundable.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee terms (Website purchases only).
If you purchased your Subscription via Website, you are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with our program, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
you contact us within 30 days after your initial Subscription purchase;
you have completed at least 7 training sessions of the program offered by Subscription within the first 30 days after the initial Subscription purchase;
you provide video of each of the 7 training sessions, clearly demonstrating that the dog did not follow your commands during those sessions, despite your compliance with the training instructions. Once we confirm that all these requirements are satisfied, we will send you the confirmation and process the refund. Please note that requests not meeting the listed criteria may be denied, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Note for Residents of Certain US States.
If you reside in certain states, you may be entitled to specific cancellation rights. Please review the following conditions:
Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your purchase within a certain period after the date of such purchase.
Refund Policy: If you cancel the purchase within the specified cancellation period, you are entitled to a full refund.
Please note that specific cancellation periods and refund policies may vary depending on your state of residence. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the cancellation rights applicable in your state.

Note for the EU residents. If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the agreement once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change Subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on or through the App and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other ways. If you do not agree to the changes, you can cancel the applicable Subscription at least 24 hours before the changes take effect.
